Mr. Shaud joined River Development after working in the financial information industry.  Mr. Shaud was a Vice President at Thomson Financial, Inc., managing teams around the globe.  His leadership of these consistently produced new revenue and achieved substantial expense savings to the company.  Career highlights included creating “The REIT Investor” newsletter, which was the first of its kind for REIT market coverage and news, and being on the senior management team that successfully implemented the largest financial industry desktop rollout to 26,000 Merrill Lynch analysts/brokers.

Mr. Shaud worked in the retail industry developing a broad array of real estate experience.  His focus was in identifying locations, developing site styles, marketing, and opening new store locations in both the Dallas/Ft Worth market and the Northern Virginia/Metropolitan DC market.
 
 Mr. Shaud takes the lead on all governmental and professional co-ordination at River. His attention to detail in creation of all interactive documents and preparation of our professional presentations has had an immediate and dramatic effect at the company.

Mr. Shaud has an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Marketing from Baylor University and a Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University.  Mr. Shaud is a member of the Pop Warner Board in his hometown of Rumson, NJ and serves as the Organizational President and long time head coach.
