Ms. Jay has harnessed a most unique skill set and experience background, which is utilized at every level within the company. Ms. Jay’s career prior to joining River Development included technical content design at AOL Time Warner and managing research at the Disney Internet Group. This experience allows her to keep River’s systems integrated with every company we interact with. Sharing vital current & cross referenced information with our architectural and engineering professionals, vendors, contractors, lenders, and partners, allows the company to maintain and process a massive flow of information.

Ms. Jay’s technical experience is complemented by her career in the real estate industry, which provides for a high level of understanding from both a sales and brokerage perspective. The company’s success benefits from her knowledge of both sides of the transaction. Her input on the development component is just as rich as her ability to understand a tenant’s or buyer’s expectations.

Ms. Jay attended Wilmington College and serves her community and profession well. She is a past president of the Rumson Fair Haven Regional Board of Education, was co-chair of its’ Planning Committee, is a former director of the Monmouth County Board of Realtors, and currently holds a seat on the Fair Haven Planning Board.
