Principal - Development Management
Mr. Gardella has managed real estate development projects for over thirty years in both the public and private sectors. He has the depth of knowledge in all aspects of the construction process from inception through to completion. With a combination of architectural design, engineering and construction experience, Mr. Gardella consistently demonstrates the ability to coordinate every component of the development project. His expertise in “adaptive re-use” developments makes him an integral partner for many of today’s challenging redevelopment projects.
As the Construction Services Project Co-coordinator at T&M Associates, one of the largest municipal & consulting engineering firms in the North East, Mr. Gardella garnered years of experience in state-wide municipal projects. He was a construction management consultant with New York based George A. Fuller Company where he managed such high profile projects as the New York Ritz Carlton Hotel and the landmark Guggenheim Museum renovation. Other projects for which Mr. Gardella was responsible include New York Intercontinental Hotel’s corporate offices, Flatotel International of France, the historic renovation of Union Station, Washington, DC and Faneuil Hall, Boston, Mass.
Mr. Gardella holds various certifications in residential and commercial construction management, asphalt technologies and site safety management.
When he’s not on the job, Mr. Gardella lends his musical talents for over 50 charities throughout the tri-state area as a member of Holiday Express, a non-sectarian organization whose humanitarian efforts provides music, food, gifts, and financial support to those most in need.
