Comptroller
Ms. Kelly is the comptroller for River Development. She is responsible for overseeing all of the company accounts, partnerships, management of corporate loan vehicles, and budgeting of all project pro formas. Her experience in multiple real estate assets including residential, commercial and retail, allows her to interact with the company at every level. Ms. Kelly’s experience in accounting and real estate management spans over thirty years.
