Principal

Mr. Waters is a principal and the original partner in the company. His chief focus is in identifying the next strategic re-development opportunity and shaping the design and tenant mix for the project. Mr. Waters enables the team and their consulting professionals to contain the planning and zoning issues and resolve them. The company’s record of approved projects from municipal and state agencies is unique. Under Mr. Waters' management the company has expanded into regional markets, strengthened existing partnerships, and forged new relationships with each new development.

Over the past 30 years Mr. Waters has moved the firm and it’s over two dozen affiliated companies to evolve the portfolio from specialty industrial to mixed use city center streetscapes and lifestyle properties.

Mr. Waters is a long serving Board Member on over a dozen charitable organizations, the retired vice-chairman of the Beth Israel Hospital Corporation and the Federation of Monmouth County (executive committee.) Mr. Waters sits on the Advisory Board of Trustees of the Valley National Bank.
