Project Description:
River Development and its strategic financial partners purchased a 450,000 s.f. building on 50 acres outside of Scranton, PA. The team quickly moved to reposition the property and restored the entire building and grounds to meet the needs of its corporate tenants QVC and the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P) food stores.
