The District imagines an exciting new future for a strategically located small town on the outskirts of Atlantic City, NJ

River Development has announced the purchase of a 34 acre site in Lloyd New York, formerly occupied by Central Hudson Gas & Electric. This fully operational facility will be redeveloped into a lifestyle center of architectural significance and natural landscape features. Existing roadways and utilities will be pulled into the new design.

Plans call for a drug store and a bank. 

200,000 sf specialty casino and transportation facilities.
