Project Description:
River Development purchased burned out buildings which were part of an old fishing and seafood co-op and redeveloped the site into luxury town homes.  The location provides residents direct access to the high-speed commuter ferry to Manhattan.  Included in this project is an affordable housing component which is considered the most upscale in the county.
