“The Metropolitan”

Project Description:
River Development contracted with the owner of a century old
photography and graphics company which sat on an acre of land in
downtown Red Bank. We worked with our professional team and the
municipality to design a mixed-use project containing financial
services with residential above. The required parking is located in a
sub-surface secure garage. This project has been sold to a partner and is currently under
construction.
