The District imagines an exciting new future for a strategically located small town on the outskirts of Atlantic City, NJ.

The District focuses on creating a multi-story streetscape in downtown Pleasantville, NJ, situated just between  the Atlantic City Expressway and Black Horse Pike. Plans call for a transit hub in the center of town replete with shops, restaurants, grocery stores at the street level with second level office space available for casino, legal or professional offices.

The development at the Transit Center will contain an initial phase of 300 residential rental units and 20,000 s.f. of supporting service retail. These multi-story residential units, attractive, nicely appointed and appropriately priced will complete the re-vitalization of Pleasantville.
