David Serata has joined River Development with a primary focus on the firm's South Jersey development opportunities. David is responsible for identifying and securing strategic alliances for land development, as well as the City Center Redevelopment Project in Pleasantville, NJ.  Among other duties, he identifies and acquires additional development opportunities consistent with River's strategic plan.

David brings over 20 years of experience in retail, site selection, and operational management, with an emphasis on tenant representation in leasing matters. David has been responsible for opening and operated over 25 retail stores and is currently a managing member of a successful retail outfit that has experienced double digit growth in each of the past five years.

David has an undergraduate degree in real estate from the Fox Business School at Temple University and resides in Cherry Hill, NJ.
