River Development has been selected by the East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency to create a transformative new city center for East Brunswick, located on a 44-acre site on Route 18. The project, a joint venture with Russo Development, will feature more than 800 residential units, medical office, numerous retail, entertainment, and hospitality components with amenities and open spaces like dog parks, pedestrian walkways, and recreational pavilions.
